Contact

Four partners, four direct lines, no general inbox.

We have never had a transaction arrive through a contact form, and we do not expect to. Send it to the person whose work it is, and you will hear back from that person rather than from an associate reading a queue.

Selling a company
Daniel R. Sheridan
Managing Partner
Owners considering a sale, whether eighteen months out or in a live process. He takes these calls himself, and a conversation commits you to nothing.
Teasers and processes
Marcus Okafor
Partner, Origination
Intermediaries and advisors. Teasers are read by him within one business day, and you get a yes, a no with reasons, or two specific questions.
Capital and structure
Rafael A. Duarte
Partner, Capital Formation
Questions about how transactions are funded, how capital is held, and how non-US investors are structured. English, Portuguese and Spanish.

What to send, and what not to

For a first conversation with an owner: nothing. No financials, no non-disclosure agreement, no teaser. Call or write a paragraph about the company and we will take it from there.

For an intermediary: the teaser. If it fits we will ask for the CIM and return an indication of interest or a pass with reasons within five business days.

Please do not send unsolicited confidential information about a company you do not represent, or investment proposals in sectors outside our stated criteria. We will not read them and we will not keep them.

If you know one of us, use that route

Most of what we see comes from someone who knows someone. A shared connection is not a shortcut past diligence, but it is a faster way into a conversation than any address on this page.
